Return customer to the Dunkirk location of Dickinson Jewelers where the service is always top notch. Oliver helped me for the 2nd time around with a new necklace. He was super helpful and informative with my purchase and luckily was able to trade in my old broken chain. Highly recommend this local jeweler.

Mika was absolutely fantastic to work with. When I lost a diamond out of my engagement ring (that was not purchased from Dickinson), they were able to put a new one in its place and secure the setting. They also polished my engagement ring and wedding band. They look brand new after 13 years. I highly recommend this business.

Love this place. It's small town at its finest. Unique pieces you can't resist. The staff is consistent. Some of them have worked there for years. And they are so helpful. They helped me a lot with selling some of my mother's jewelry after she died.

I had my wife's solitaire engagement ring replaced with a custom 3-Stone ring. The center stone was the diamond from the solitaire re-set into the new setting with two side stones that were purchased from Dickinson Jewelers. Mika was very helpful with getting the new ring ordered and provided excellent communication with regard to the progress on completing the ring. The ring was completed ahead of schedule and was beautiful.

I had the best experience here in the Dunkirk office . It was quick, easy and pleasant. Chason and Ricky were very helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone. I know I will be back.
